I’ve added a footer with links to certain pages on my site. How can I remove the links to those pages from my main menu bar?

Hey there! You can customize the main navigation menu in the Appearance – Menus section in the Dashboard. You can learn more about that section on this page: http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide
