page titles appearance

If I have six or less pages on my sites they will be listed below the header image but if I have seven or more pages I get under the header image a (+) sign on the left, the word (menu) in the center and a (-) sign on the right. http://www.casino-slots-blackjack.com/
I have been trying to solve it for months now and asked before but never had an answer. Am I the only one who sees the problem maybe?
