Page themes

Any way I can apply a specific WordPress theme to a specific page or post category? I am trying to setup a gaming blog with multiple fan pages and would like to have some of my pages use its own theme, like a Sonic theme for Sonic related posts and pages for example. Any WordPress plugin or quick tutorial on how to achieve this?
