Page specific sidebar?

    How do I create a page specific sidebar for an rss feed?

    for example, I have a news page that I want to put an RSS feed from a news site on the right hand column. The only way i could figure out how to to this would add it to ALL of my pages. I only want it on one.

    any suggestions?
