Page not reachable 500 error

    Hello,

    please help me with this problem.
    My developer is trying hard to get the plugin installed.
    Everytime he installs it the page is not reachable anymore and we can’t login anymore!
    What do we have to do?
    I would like to add a screenshot…but how…
    Tis is what my developer wrotes to me (I paste it so I don’t change the meanig as I’m a beginner…):

    ” I fixed the 500 error problem by logging into your web ftp account. Then i tried to install the plugin from wp repo. When i installed it this is causing the same error. i am fixing it now again for the last time. It is taking a lot of time without any visible progress. Can you please contact with the plugin developer and get a reply from them. I hope you understand. Thanks”

    We had to deinstall the plugin again (now for the forth time).
    Whenever we install this plugin, we can’t access the site anymore by getting the 505 error. Is there any chance to get support? If we don’t get support now, why should we become a paid member later and give a good review, if this doesnt’ work in the right beginning?
