That site is not an official WordPress.org site and here you can read the announcement about it being shut down by its mantainer:

FYI: https://t.co/4OOIVGxOBz is going away. It has had a good life, but with the API in core, we no longer need a dedicated demo site.

We'll begin browning it out soon and will shut it down soon.
