PAGE and subdomain

I have just started using wordpress been two days now. First website and I have no clue about anything, but I am learning.

I had my wp blog installed on the main site http://www.desituned.com. I have moved it now to a subdomain videoblog.desituned.com

I also have another subdomain on which I have installed Forums. and I would like to add a page as shown on top of my website videoblog.desituned.com which says DT FORUMS. This was working perfectly fine when I had the blog in the main site as the subdomain link was desituned.com/forums

Now I cannot add this because the permalink is not changable in the start . Is there a way I can add page that directly goes to my forum when clicked like before?
