Package settings tabs not working

Update:If I disable the Gutenberg Blocks add-on, the problems identified below go away.

Since the update to the Gutenberg Blocks add-on a day or so ago, clicking on the ‘Lock Options’ or ‘Icons’ tabs under Package Settings does nothing when I add a new file or edit an existing file.

The console shows: TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating ‘d.hasClass’)

Similarly, clicking on a tooltip icon under Package Settings does nothing.

Here the console shows: TypeError: $(‘.w3eden .info.fa’).tooltip is not a function. (In ‘$(‘.w3eden .info.fa’).tooltip({html:true, placement: ‘right’})’, ‘$(‘.w3eden .info.fa’).tooltip’ is undefined)
