Overwriting name directory when import

Hello,
Can you tell me which piece of code has been fixed to activate database overwriting?

For example: I have a directory with 100 names, which I import in csv. If I correct a few words in it, and import again, the names will not be updated because they already exist.
I prefer that every time, there is a crushing.
