Overlapping Footer

Hey everybody!

I am almost done making a Virtue themed website but I still have one problem. On this page the footer seems to be overlapping the content/petition (which is an Iframe) on a Iphone according to a friend. Online testers and my android show no problems.

Can Iphone users check to see if what my friend says is correct? If so, what can I do about it? How can I unfix the footer?
