Ordered Products format

Hello,
I am trying to change the layout of the Ordered Products part of the ‘ordered success’ email. I am guessing this is contained in the order_info variable.

Right now it shows the details for each product ordered in two columns, with each option on a new line. As this is for a wholesale website, our customers usually order lots of items at once and it causes a lot of paperwork and takes longer for our warehouse to process.

For example it shows all this for one item:

Orbit Vest
Product Name Orbit Vest
Product SKU 825
Product Price £14.00
Product Quantity 1
Product Params Options
Size: S
Colour: White/Silver

Ideally we need to get all those details on one line, like this:

Name: Orbit Vest – Price: £14 – Qty: 1 – Options: Size S Colour: White/Silver

I assumed it would be possible to change the layout from the orderDetails.php file, but that doesn’t seem to affect anything at all.

Please could you point me in the right direction?
I’m happy to edit the layout myself of course, I just need to know where to do it!
