    Hello,

    in 50% of users paying with PayPal the Order status is stuck at “Processing”. Then we look manually at PayPal to confirm the payment and completing the Order manually.
    what can I do?

    Hi @redbaron77,

    The WooCommerce order is set to Processing for all regular product orders after the payment, so this would be the expected behavior. Only orders for virtual+downloadable products will automatically be set to Completed after the payment.
    What kind of products are you selling and are both of the checkboxes for virtual+downloadable set?
