Order placement without ecommerce

I’m looking for a semi-elegant solution for order placement without a full ecommerce solution. I’d like for people to be able to choose products on the website and then they would be contacted personally based on what they were interested in. Any ideas on plugins are welcome. I’m not a developer and a newbie. Thanks!
