    Good morning,
    thanks for this nice plugin.

On my website the customer places a purchase order. After the customer has bought the product, he receives the email with the summary and I also receive the summary. Can I associate an order ID number? In the wordpress backend (CCF) I see that each received email has an ID number associated with it.

I want to associate an ID number to the customer who made the request.

    Sorry for my bad English,
    thank you very much.

    Hello,

If you want to receive a number that identify the user in unequivocal way, use the special tag: <%itemnumber%> (include this tag in the notification emails).

The <%itemnumber%> tag is replaced by the submission’s id, the same id used to identify the submission in the database, and that appears in the list of submissions when you press the “Messages” button corresponding to the form.

The list of special tags to use in the notification emails and thank you pages, is available visiting the following link:

    Best regards.
