    Dears,

    when users fill up the cart and they want to pay, but abort the payment… Then automatically an order with invoice is automatically generated. And as of that we see an order that we manually need to delete and also correct the invoicenumber.
    Is this normal behaviour? or can we get this changed?

    Hello Filip,
    This depends on a combination of how your payment gateway works and your attachment settings for the PDF invoice. Our plugin does not create the order, this is done by WooCommerce and the payment gateway. The invoice is only created automatically when it is sent by email attachment. More about this here: When is the PDF invoice number assigned?
    If you attach the invoice no earlier than when the order is “Processing” you should be fine with most gateways.
