• Hi there,

I’ve got pretty much the same problem as jeebus in the other post (just learned I can’t post there a ‘me too’…)

Header image gone and can’t be set anywhere, styling options seem to be missing in the menu. 1.4.19. installed, created a new child theme from that, same problem. Same behaviour of ‘Ascend Options’.

    Any help much appreciated!

Is it most likely it has something to do with Kadence Blocks / Ascend Toolkit? I mean, it happened to a child theme, but I’m not too deep in the matter.

Same problem, theme options missing. As such, many settings are missing (like font typography, which just blows up the website with some unknown ‘default’ fonts). Reverted back to the previous version, where there appears to be alot of deprecated theme options (including typography-font family). Something to do with the most recent Kadence toolkit update? Things are not talking and playing well with my WP site.

PS. within the new update, the ascend option – import/export JS buttons don’t work.

Kadence, thank you in advance for your help with all this. I really like your Ascend theme and would like to get more miles out of it.

    Hi @hamafa @jadz928,

Thank you for reaching out and for the additional information.

I was able to replicate this issue where the Theme Option is missing the latest versions, 1.4.18 and 1.4.19, and it has been escalated to the team.

In the meantime, as a workaround, you can temporarily downgrade the Ascend theme to version 1.4.17. You can download that version from here.

I will update you once I have feedback from the team.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you need any more help on this.

    Cheers,
    Eze
