Option to sort posts by rating.

I’ve been asking and looking around for a couple days with absolutely no luck. No responses on forums. I contacted some freelancers who said it wouldn’t be a problem, but I’d rather not pay $200.

All I want to do is have a rating system in place. Each post can get rated on by users. On the blog page, users can select the option: sort by highest rated. It will then sort all posts by highest rating, instead of chronologically.

Any help would be admired.
