Along these same lines, would it be possible to make it so a visitor never sees the popup again once they Opt-in?
The popup frequency is controlled by a cookie. The best way to achieve what your asking is to set the Once in x Days.
Show Optin Revolution Popup Once in x Days set this really high like 999.
If they clear their cookies they will see the popup again.
I’ve seen a “Don’t show me this again” check box on some popup in the past. For me, having this option would make the O.R. plugin a five star!
I realize cookies will eventually clear or not exist for the user if he/she uses multiple browsers, so it may confuse/frustrate those who see the popup return after checking “don’t show again”. That being said, a nice (albeit perfect) solution might be a check box that sets a “forever” cookie that trumps the admin setting.

Can you provide a link to a “Lite” vs “Pro” features comparison? I’d like to show this to my client and explain they’ll get more than just the “don’t show me again” for the charge.

I see “Don’t Show Converted Returning Visitors Popups”… is this what you consider the “Don’t show me this again” feature?
No sorry need to add “Don’t show me this again” feature to the list. I’ll update the list a little later.
Two different feature:
1. “Don’t show me this again” is a link on the popup that when clicked adds a cookie we check for that cookie and if present won’t show the popups. (this can not be reset)
2. “Don’t Show Converted Returning Visitors Popups” is a different feature it allows you to not show the popup to anyone that has optin to the form and fired a conversion for x days (this can be reset as we also check for a unique value in the cookie).
