    Hello,
I have a fresh, multi-site install of wordpress 4.0. I installed Woocommerce 2.2.6, and then OpenTickets Community Edition 1.6.12; each from the Plugins panel of Multisite Administrator. After Network Activation, I switch to a child site dashboard and receive the banner:

    Missing Required Plugin
The OpenTickets plugin requires that WooCommerce be activated in order to perform most vital functions; therefore, the plugin has not initialized any of its functionality. To enable the features of this plugin, simply install and activate WooCommerce.

WooCommerce is, however, active in the child site and appears to be fully-functional on its own.

From advice in another thread here, I deactivated both plugins from network admin, and then re-enabled each one. Then, I deactivated, uninstalled, reinstalled, and re-enabled.

Can you confirm wether or not Opentickets runs on a Multisite?
How could I convince Opentickets that Woocommerce is activated?
The theme is Woocommerce-Friendly; and the plugin reports my server environment is compatable.

    Thank you for any assistance

Hey @mikeverzella. I am the largest contributor to this plugin. Thinking about how the code actually works, I do not see any reason why it should not work well in a multisite environment. That being said, the error you are receiving is the because the plugin is trained to look for WooCommerce in a specific location, which is not where it would live on a multisite. Let me get with the team and see if we can figure out a way to change that woocommerce check so that it is more reliable, for single site and multisite.

    I’ll keep you posted,

@mikeverzella – we made a new version that has some tweaks that allow network plugins to be included in the WooCommerce detection process. We also updated some other minor code that was needed for multisite operations. Let us know how this works out.

loushou, the updates to WC2.2.7 and OT1.6.14 were just what I needed.

On the child sites, OT found WC and activated. Thank you very much for fast action! I look forward to setting this up.
