Open tickets "Missing" Woocommerce plugin
-
Hello,
I have a fresh, multi-site install of wordpress 4.0. I installed Woocommerce 2.2.6, and then OpenTickets Community Edition 1.6.12; each from the Plugins panel of Multisite Administrator. After Network Activation, I switch to a child site dashboard and receive the banner:Missing Required Plugin
The OpenTickets plugin requires that WooCommerce be activated in order to perform most vital functions; therefore, the plugin has not initialized any of its functionality. To enable the features of this plugin, simply install and activate WooCommerce.WooCommerce is, however, active in the child site and appears to be fully-functional on its own.
From advice in another thread here, I deactivated both plugins from network admin, and then re-enabled each one. Then, I deactivated, uninstalled, reinstalled, and re-enabled.
Can you confirm wether or not Opentickets runs on a Multisite?
How could I convince Opentickets that Woocommerce is activated?
The theme is Woocommerce-Friendly; and the plugin reports my server environment is compatable.Thank you for any assistance
