Open Description text in lightbox

    Im trying to create a link for when a team members ‘description’ is entered in the WISYWIG editor.
    At the moment, when text is entered in there, it displays underneath the job role field.
    However id like it so that it displays a link showing ‘Read about me’, which when clicked then opens up the text in a lightbox or new window if possible.
    There is already something similar to this for the Email Address field, as when entered, a ‘Email me’ link displays on the front end.

    Would really appreciate some advise on this.
