I love your plugin – very easy to use and great design! One issue I’ve run into however is that content on the 1st tab loads, but content on subsequent tabs does not. I imagine this is because the content I’m trying to load requires that it is loaded when the page is first loaded. The content I’m loading is via a shortcode (DICOM support is the plugin and the content is radiology images). Are you aware of any fixes for this problem? I have limited coding knowledge, so if you know of any plugins or shortcuts that would be appreciated.

    Thank you!

The DICOM support plugin works through the wordpress gallery, so I think this issue I’m having relates to the similar issue many others have had with galleries displaying.

I can provide free forum support only when all communication takes place on the forum. See the plugin’s readme for details of the alternative support service available if the free forum support does not fit your requirements.

If the content is loaded dynamically with javascript, a likely the cause of the issue is that the generating script cannot create the content correctly when it is not visible on page load.

    I have this same issue.

“Gmail” should be another tab. But instead the code converts [tabby title="Gmail" icon="gmail"] in my WordPress editor into <h2 class="tabtitle" id="gmail"><span class="fa fa-gmail"></span>Gmail</h2> on the website.

@jasmailbutler, this does not sound like the same issue.

Please start a new thread on the forum. Ensure that you describe your issue in as much detail as possible and provide a working link to a page where the issue can be seen.

Can you look at the page below, I’m experiencing similar issue with getting content on second tab to load. I have two tabs, a different slideshow on each. Displays fine on first tab, not second.
