so how do i change the first to the last?
in settings the last is typed no idea where the first comes from.
Go into your Give form edit screen, and in the “Form Display Options” section there’s the settings for the Offline Donations confirmation message and email settings. That should set you straight.

matt i can only change that message in the
Give donations / settings / payment gateways
that is the correct message however that is not mailed.
Did you check on the Offline Donations settings in the specific form? I’m confused why you say you can ONLY change it in the payment gateway settings.
