    Hi,

I use woo and elementor with oceanwp. I made some pages with elementor for sale products and new products.

    The problem is:
    For example:
Into “sales” page I have insert the sortcode [sale_products per_page=”12″ columns=3 paginate=true] to the right and the off canvas sidebar to the left. All works fine except the button to open the offcanvas sidebar, which is missing. I can see the sidebar in my frontend but there is no button to click and open the filters.

What I must do to fix this issue and display the off canvas button into pages made with elementor?

    Thank you
    Xrisa

  • Hello,

Can you share your site link so that I can check the issue? Also, did you enable the Off-Canvas sidebar from the Customize > Woocommerce > Archive section?

    Hi Amit,

Yes the Off-canvas is enabled and works very well with product categories. The problem is only with CUSTOM pages made with elementor.

    I also tried:
    1. To make an archive product page with elementor, (but this is to help you make a global product archive. I just want ONE page with woo shortcode: “Sales”).

    2. To make an archive product page and save it as TEMPLATE without conditions. After, I tried to insert this template into my sales page, (but again doesn’t work).

My site is in maintenance mode but you can check here my test in localhost:

I hope I helped you to understand what the problem is.

    Thank you

    Hello,

Okay, we will check this issue on our end and if it is a genuine bug, then we will try to fix it in the future updates of the theme.
