Odd new user activity

    I received 5 WP auto-generated emails notifying me of 5 new users. I haven’t had any new users in several months and I received all 5 of these on the same day and all 5 have the same url.

    I went to the users page on my WP dashboard.

      The new users are not listed on my WP user page.

    Is this a sign that my website has been hacked? Anyone know what this means? Thanks.
