    Hello,

I recently started using OceanWP free theme. I had to install 2 plugins. Ocean demo import and Ocean extra. After almost finishing with the edit, I closed it for few days. Today I opened and found that the site was not responding with the error message “HTTP Error 500” Upon few research I had to uninstall the ocean extra plug-in, but without it my page is not loading the way it is supposed to be. I need help figuring out how do I get Ocean Extra up and running. My WordPress v 4.9.8. Themes and everything are up to date too.

    Thanks
    ~Arun

  • Hi Arun,

It seems to be a memory limit issue and 500 error is a server-side error. Please contact your web hosting provider and let them know about this error and they will help you in increasing the memory limit.

    Thank you!

Hello, ask also to your host what is your PHP version, if it is not PHP 7, ask him to upgrade.

    Hello Oceanwp team,

Thanks a lot. I did what you had said. I updated my php version and increased my memory limit. It worked. Thanks for the support guys.
