• You should do a couple things so that users can have some more control over how the bookmark bar looks:

    • Add an option to fade or not fade the images.
    • No Need for a submit button over the position options. Its overkill, and is confusing at first. You can leave it above and below the list of services, since that one is so long.
    • Reduce the amount of text in the header of the plugin. No need to list all of the services supported in the Description. It just takes up too much room on the plugin screen.
    • Instead of wrapping the bookmark bar with P and SPAN, consider wrapping it with just <p class=”obsocialbookmarks”></p> – This will give users with CSS experience more control over the styling, without having to edit your plugin.

Let me know if you are willing to take this on, or want some help with implementing them. I am using a hacked version of your plugin to achieve these now.
