    Hello,

I’m finishing up my webshop and running into a problem with the mobile view of the cart page where the numbers and the amount are not showing in the summary of the products:

    See: Link

It is showing correctly (without the thumbnail) in the checkout page.

Using Woocommerce, Elementor Pro with Blocksy theme if this will help.

Thank you for your help in this matter!

    Hi @dontworry88 ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

As a first step, please clear site and browser caching to see if this makes any difference?

    https://wordpress.com/support/clear-your-sites-cache/

If the issue is still present, it may be a theme/plugin conflict and I would recommend doing a conflict test by temporarily changing your theme to the default Storefront theme, and disabling all plugins, except for WooCommerce and check if the issue is still there. If not then you know it was either a theme or plugin conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. More information about running a conflict test is below:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

If the issue still persists after the conflict test, then please share a copy of your sites System Status, which you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’.

Once you do this, you can paste your response here.

    Thanks!

    Hello @dontworry88

@roxannestoltz thank you for your quick answer!

Cache: This did not work, also tried it on different smartphones but unfortunately no change.

Theme: This worked but of course messed up my layout and brought me back to square one. After re-activating the Blocksy theme the issue occurred again.

Anything I can do with custom CCS, I have Elementor Pro? See link for the active website.

Plugin: I have only a few active plugins left because I had prior problems with customizer caused by one of the plugins.

@ihereira, thank you for your answer too! See link for the active website.

Thanks for getting back to us @dontworry88!

As the issue is coming from the theme you use. Please consider reaching your theme’s support to get helped with this.

This particular forum is for questions that are directly related to the features and functionality of the free WooCommerce core plugin. While we’re experts on our own products, third-party plugins and themes are best supported by their developers.

I’ll mark this thread as resolved now. If you have any further questions related to WooCommerce, I recommend creating a new thread.

    Cheers!
