Now crashes website logon

With this plugin active I get an internal server error code 500 when logging in or logging out of my website(s). Perfectly OK with plugin inactive. The statistics link which used to show details of attempted logons blocked, now shows the domain is up for sale with a be back soon message with regard to the stats link!! This worked perfectly for last few years but now absolutely useless.
