and do you get a white screen when going to the site @otismrt? if so, can you try enabling the legacy minifiers as per the FAQ?

However pagespeed now tells me I have 5 blocking CSS resources, 4 of them autoptimize files

When I select “Inline and Defer CSS” and paste in 1 or all of the above after opening and copying, I get an error msg saying the file is too big. Purged all caches. Any suggestions?
first and foremost; you’re using 2 minifiers? that’s a bad idea @otismrt, this leads to unexpected results (including “white screens of death” in some cases).
regarding your critical CSS; autoptimize_7164db47d2e8022cdde218bb48f709c7.css is very big, you could try splitting it in 2 and for then generate your critical CSS 5 times, combining the resulting code into one block. or try this one maybe.

Frank, You’re great. W3 Cache still had a thing going on. I removed that and bingo. I went to donate to your plugin and saw your request to donate to a worthy cause. http://www.crkiosk.org is a worthy cause operating out of empty pockets until we get up and running and some donations in.
