I’m trying to create a custom template on transactional email sending service Sendinblue.com

I was able to create custom email templates for almost all the email notifications like, new order, processing order etc but I’m having problem while creating custom template for Note to Customer (Customer note) template.

What is the shortcode for displaying the content of customer note so that when I add a note to customer from the dashboard, he/she will be able to see the note in the email using my custom email template.

Hi @ahmadmukhtarpk,

There’s not a shortcode for displaying the content of an order note, unfortunately. You’ll likely need to create a function to pull that for you.

Here’s the PHP class for the order note email (https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/blob/07351d5e11f8d5dfc3620577ec5fe3128e704e81/includes/emails/class-wc-email-customer-note.php#L24). You’re welcome to make use of that class to get the order note and send it to your email service.
