I rolled my CyStats version back to 0.8.7 (the only other one I had), which was working before I upgraded WordPress to 2.3.2, and now it’s not working either. Can others see if they are having the same issue?
Hmm, i have CyStats working on WP 2.3.2 here on my live system, no problems. Do you get any error messages? Does CyStats track absolutely nothing (last hits table on index page, counters,…)?
‘Cystat’ doesn’t even show in the list of pages on my admin page
Does WP show CyStats as ‘activated’ ? Does CyStats show up in the list of plugins (should do so because you seemed to be able to reactivate an older version…hrm…)
Did you completely remove the cystats folder before downgrading? I would not recommend/do this in general but in this special case it might help (maybe file permissions are messed up somehow).
Edit: Tried the developement version downloaded from WP plugin site, deactivated, uploaded, reactivated – works on 2.3.2 for me !? Maybe trying the dev versionwould be worth a try, too ?
I just tried the dev version as well – nothing. I’m able to see it in my plugin list, and it’s activated, but there is still nothing in the list of options.
I have another blog that’s using it, and it’s still working (I haven’t upgraded it or WP to 2.3.2). I’ll take a look and compare the two, and see if there is anything I can figure out.
I’m experiencing this problem aswell. (WP 2.3.2)I upgraded and two of my plugins simply disappeared from the menu. This one (CyStats) and (Simple Tags 1.2.4). They are still showing up as activated on my plugins menu, but the menu items, that they add when activated, are gone.
I noticed that this didnt happen on another installation that I have, however I dont know why its acting this way. Both sites are identical insofar as plugins and versions.
If anyone out there has a solution, please help.
