Not working on older version

Hi there, I am using Woocommerce 2.3.5
Everything in the plugin works except the final step to actally send the order note.
The “Add Note” button does nothing at all. The cancel and X buttons work fine.
Cant find any other version of this plugin anywhere.

I have checked this plugin with the Woocommerce 2.3.5 and woocomemrce 2.6.4 with WordPress 4.6 and it is working with these version. Please specify which WordPress version you are using so that I can fix the issue.Thanks
