Not Working in WPMU?

Using latest version of WYSIJA on WPMU 3.5.1.

When logged into a network blog (not superadmin), I see this error upon opening WYSIJA:

And the email notifications email shows the superadmin’s email and sender of notification the superadmin’s name.
