    It seems that the free version of the plugin is not working. Could you please look into it?

    Hi,

    I believe you mean it is not visible on your website.

    I see that you have changed the Wrapper Selector CSS setting to .ggtranslate_wrap and since there are no such elements on your page, it is not appearing.

    I suggest you to set it to the default value: .gtranslate_wrapper
