WP SMTP not working anymore?

Test emails shows errors.

Looking over support topics, it seems this plugin is not supported anymore?

WP SMTP shows ” Some errors occurred!” when i tried to on Test email
with following option
SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com
SMTP Port: 465
Encryption: SSL
Authentication: Yes
Username: full gmail address
Password: gmail password
