    Hi,
    I have been using this plug-in for a couple of years, and now suddently I don’t get confirmation e-mails. Nothing has been changed with the plug-in. What could be wrong?

    First of all, check the spam folder. Then try to use another email address.

    I’ve checked the spamfolder, but there is nothing.
    I have tried testing the calendar myself, and it seems for some reason to be connected to the phonenumber entered. When I use my phonenumber, the mail sends. When I use a different number, it doesnt. I got a mail earlier, where the customers phonenumber started with the same number as mine. So it sometimes sends, and sometimes not. The only difference I can se (after trying several different outputs), is the phonenumber for some reason..?

    Hi dear user.

    Our plugin doesn’t connect phone numbers to email addresses, so we can surely say that the issue doesn’t come from our plugin.

    We will advise you to ask the same question to your hosting provider. Maybe they can help in this case.

    I might have explained myself a bit bad. The phonenumber has nothing to do with the e-mail entry. It is a different box. But that seems to be the only difference I can find. But now the e-mails sends. So I have no idea why it din’t for a while… Everything seems to be working at the moment. Thanks 🙂
