Not easy as just started using Elementor

Initial impressions very favourable. Thinking of upgrading to the Pro Version, but doubt I have the skills to make good use of it. Hence have peeped at the reviews. Many are negative, stretching back some way into the past, but don’t necessarily believe them. We live in a non-fact world, so I will discount the negative aspects re site and page being broken, but will check out risks, money-back guarantee etc.
Support also mentioned as slow, not good.

My starting points was I had a develoer from Asia who had created a home page in DIVI, though I wanted it done in Elementor. So I would most earnestly suggest the Elementor people focus and either:
a) develop a conversion utlity for DIVI to Eementor
and/or
b) Provide some step-by-step guides on how to open a DIVI created page/post etc in elementor for mere mortals like me
Some months ago I had some email communication with Elementor tech support, and got the impression this was not an important issue.

I think it is. So I am still undecided wha to do.
