Not Detecting All Plugins

    Before i upgrade from 1.2 to 1.2.1 Mingus version(from zero posts .. only a DB created), the default plugins not show in CP . The plugin files is in default normal instalation folder and all not activeted.
    The upgrade: I delete all files on the server except wp-config.php and index.php.
    What i do wrong ???

    I dont know what are wrong but the problem is gone
    I delete all the wp-content folder and index.php and upload all folder and index.php again … and works fine !
