    You have probably added a password protection layer to your cPanel file/folder. Maybe that’s why you can’t login even after putting in the right credentials. Disable the password protection and you will be able to login. If you don’t know how, then consult your hosting provider.

    Hi “howtodoitbuddy”,

    Were you able to log in to this site in the past? If so, what changed between the last successful login and today’s login problem?

    How did you set up that CAPTCHA? Can you disable it temporarily, as “WPGeeks” suggested, and then try to log in? If that works, the problem must be caused by the CAPTCHA setup.
