@rroeske
Thank you.
I haven’t checked this in IIS. I came across a similar post configuring ffmpeg with IIS. Could you please check that and let me know. If it still doesn’t work I will check more on that.

Hi Praveen,
thanks for your help. I have the settings carried out as described in this thread. ffmpeg is found from CVG. But when I import a video:
“FFMPEG Thumbnail Generation Error : ffmpeg not found.
In the table wp_options there is no string “wpvp_ffmpeg_exists”.
Best regards
René
Hi René,
Please look for the value in “cvg_ffmpegpath” in wp_options and let me know. Make sure it is matching the path in IIS server. Did you update the path in settings for FFMPEG? What is the status on dashboard of CVG on FFMPEG?
Hi Praveen,
the value in in cvg_ffmpegpath is "cvg_ffmpegpath";s:15:"C:\\ffmpeg\\bin";.In CVG-dashboard the status for ffmpeg is “FFMPEG : Installed”. The path to ffmpeg correctly. But is the syntax correct?
Best regards
René
Hi René,
Could you please post the value you have saved in plugin setting page? Is it
C:\ffmpeg\bin
Hi Praveen,
yes, the value in plugin settings page is C:\ffmpeg\bin. I’ve also tried: C:/ffmpeg/bin. The same error.
Best regards
René
after saving the settings, it looks like this: c:\\ffmpeg\\bin
Hi René,
Sorry about the delay in getting back. Is there any way I can get access to admin to check CVG settings?
Hi Praveen,
Excuse me I did not report so long. Was on vacation. Where can I send you the access to? Mail?
Best regards
René

Please let me know where your FFMPEG library is installed. Are you using FFMPEG library from “https://ffmpeg.org/”?
