However, all the tutorials will give you just a general idea about the possibilities that WP offers. What worked for the examples presented there might not work for you.
The very first step before even touching WP should be to clarify, design (=put on paper!) the structure of your content! How my content will be (should be) organized? – this is the most important question.
When you have the exact answer, start digging into WP’s features, plugins etc. to see which is the best way to achieve your goal.
If you skip these steps, not even the world’s best tutorial will be able to help you…
