Non-Alphabetical Link Ordering

    Howdy,

    I have a desire to split Categorized Static Links with Sub-categories into separate navigational pages. Each Sub-category of static links needs to be ordered at my discretion..NOT ALPHABETICALLY! But, I DO Want to order the links themselves (within each Sub-Category) alphabetically.

    Does anybody know which plugin best facilitates my control over non-blog static links. Both for the Categories and the Links themselves?
