    Hello

    I am trying to find a useful plugin that i can use for my website, i am trying to get a nominate system built where a user can upload a picture and other members can nominate on the picture. Before you can use the system you need to be able to register. Is there any useful plugins which can achiece this?. your help would be really appreciated.
