No Widgets after upgrade

    Upgraded t0 2.2.1 – it went fine, I followed directions to the second.

    None of my templates/themes work even ones supposedly compatible ..and there is no widget available or at least they are not showing up. The widget file is in the includes folder. All my plugins are off.

    Any ideas
