No Theme just basic DATA?

HELP! I recently had to reassociate my SQL files once a hosting was deleted from the server. all i have from the previous site is the sql data. I reinstalled & restored the sql & redirected the strings to where they should go and now i have basic data but no site. here is what i look like now…www.hiphopencounter.com/hiphopcares… when you click on anything it goes to internet oblivion. I tried to login to the admin via the url + /wp-admin and i get the same, server not found, page. this site is affiliated to my nonprofit and i desperately need to get this site back up and running…any suggestions?
