• I was told there was a bug and they wanted my WP login. I sent my WP login days ago and no response since. No support, bug still there and no response. Promises a lot but delivers nothing.

    If you didn’t get a receipt e-mail from our ticket system, it means we didn’t receive your ticket.

    We can’t use the normal wordpress login screen. It gives the error: empty password field.

    There’s a problem with the “Semisecure Login” plugin. Remove it and WP All Import will work.

    In the future if you need to contact us I recommend e-mailing from an alternative e-mail address.
