    I’ve purchased the VIP subscription but I already sent 3 emails and I didn’t get any reply and I still have an error to fix for more than 3 days…

    Issues with paid plugins/themes should be handled through the publisher/developer/vendor site and not in the wp.org forums. Thanks.
