My client stopped getting contact form submissions a while back but just noticed. I went in to the log and it is showing “No Such User Here” under the status (https://www.dropbox.com/s/2kpxd2rf6nu2948/Screen%20Shot%202021-06-08%20at%2010.05.32%20AM.png?dl=0)

I did not change anything on the site and the client claims he did not either. What could be the issue?

Hi @mcschaffer,

If you look at the session transcript for the emails claiming “No Such User Here”, is the plugin correctly passing a ‘To’ email address?

The error is normally given either because of permission errors, or problems with the remote user (i.e. the email recipient).
