Could you please check if the Password Reset email is enabled?
Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Email?
If they are on and still not receiving the email, please try installing an SMTP plugin and set it up on your site. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?
