No postal code – billing address

    Hallo Thank you for a great plugin.
    I have setup two Zones (Main and Regional) and I my clients get identified by postal code if they are main or regional. This works wonderfully if the client use a shipping address. If they choose to use the billing address it takes the default zone (regional) because my billing address does not have a postal code feature.
    Please help! How can I resolve this issue
